Travel Rate applies to destinations outside a 1.5 hours radius of Location $2 per mile outside of Location.
An additional accommodation multiplier is applied for regional and destination events Regional events with travel over 3 hours are a 1.5x multiplier Destination events with travel over 5 hours are 2x multiplier
